GO Pin-Collar Lockbolt

The Pin-Collar Lockbolt system is a two-part fastening system, comprising bolt and collar, makes possible installation within seconds, with a simple and immediate visual check.

The collar is swaged into the grooves in the bolt, which ensures a permanent and vibration-resistant connection.

Also known as a Huckbolt, this is a very safe and tamper-proof method of joining elements that need to be secure and vibration resistant.

GO PEEL Blind Rivets 

Peeled rivets are extremely versatile and necessary for joining softer materials without fracturing or distortions. These are particularly suitable for uneven surfaces or where oversized holes remain after repairs.

Characteristics

  • Fixing the rivet creates a closing head with a large diameter
  • After setting the mandrel head might remain within the rivet body or might drop out
  • Especially suitable for connections with wood, hardboard, fibre-glass, plasterboard or similar
  • Relatively soft or porous materials can be joined together with high tensile forces

  • Mounting of plastic, rubber, cardboard and felt elements etc.

RILLI Grooved Blind Rivets

The grooved blind rivet has been specially developed to attach hard materials to a fibrous substrate (e.g. wood or plastic) in situations where the hole does not go all the way through (blind hole) and the connection is established in the hole itself. The mandrel head is mechanically retained in the body. Perfect for combining metal with wood (flight cases).

HAMMER DRIVE Blind Rivets

The hammer drive blind rivet was specially designed for attachment of hard materials to solid wood and similar materials. As soon as the drive pin in the hammer drive blind rivet is struck, the end of the rivet splits into four sections that hold the materials together, while the borehole diameter is 0.5 mm greater than that of the rivet. Ideal for fixing profiles, insulation, etc, on construction materials. The rivets are set with a hammer or striking mechanism.
