Metric Tri-lobe Thread Forming Screws for Metal
Thread-rolling screws form their nut threads themselves when they are screwed into precut holes.
This not only saves assembly and production costs, but also creates stable and secure connections.
In contrast to thread cutting, the material structure in the mating thread is not interrupted when threading, but compressed and strain hardened.

Self Clinching Fasteners
Self Clinching Fasteners are easy to install fasteners that provide load carrying threads in metal sheets too thin to be tapped.
They provide strong threads in thin metal components and are easy to install.
Advantages:

Clinch Nut
Can easily perform tapping on thin plates.
Achieves a high mounting strength using simple press fitting.
Can be mounted without worrying about the direction.
Can also easily perform tapping at locations that are difficult to weld such as on aluminum plates.
Flush Nut
Self-clinching flush nuts suit applications where a thin metal sheet requires load-bearing threads stronger than tapped holes but must remain flat without any protrusions on either side of the sheet.
This can provide strong threads in places which would be inaccessible for installation after chassis are formed.
Press Nut (Broaching Nuts)
Press nuts are used wherever a high degree of joint stability is required in thin-walled sheet metal or plastic parts.
They are a very good alternative to nuts that are welded, brazed or welded to the component.
Press nut that can obtain a high mounting strength thanks to the knurled portion under the neck.
Self Clinching Blind Standoff
A Self-Clinching Standoff provides an excellent solution for mounting, spacing and stacking of boards and panels.
They provide strong captivated reusable female threads in a spacer format in thin sheets.
Blind Standoffs are used where the design calls for the standoff to be installed in the exterior of the enclosure, and a smooth outer appearance is required.

Clinch Stud
Self–Clinching studs are pressed into a hole in a sheet to be installed, this embeds the head of the stud creating a secure lock into the sheet with high torqure-out and pushout resistances.
They provide strong load bearing male or female threads in thin steel and aluminium panels.
Heavy Clinch Studs are also available for High Strength applications.

Hanger Screws
Hanger bolts are stainless steel bolts that have threaded areas at both ends: machine threads for use with a nut or in a tapped hole on one end and wood threads on the other.
They are designed for insertion into a pre-drilled hole.
Wood Insert D-Nut

Spring Pins
Spiral and Slotted Pins
A spring pin is a mechanical fastener that secures the position of two or more parts of a machine relative to each other.
Spring pins have a body diameter which is larger than the hole diameter, and a chamfer on either one or both ends to facilitate starting the pin into the hole.
The spring action of the pin allows it to compress as it assumes the diameter of the hole. The force exerted by the pin against the hole wall retains it in the hole, therefore a spring pin is considered a self retaining fastener.

Are multi purpose: permit the flow of electric current between components coated by varnish, anti-corrosive agents or similar materials.

Parallel Dowel Pins
Dowel pins are also referred to as parallel pins.
They are commonly used to retain parts in a fixed position or to preserve alignment.
Split Pins
A split pin, also known in the United States as a cotter pin or cotter key, is a metal fastener with two tines that are bent during installation, similar to a staple or rivet.
Typically made of thick wire with a half-circular cross section, split pins come in multiple sizes and types.
Links and Shackles
A shackle or a Link are primary locking fasteners, connecting links in all manner of rigging systems, from boats and ships to industrial crane rigging, as they allow different rigging subsets to be connected or disconnected quickly.
A shackle is a U-shaped piece of metal secured with a clevis pin or bolt across the opening, or a hinged metal loop secured with a quick-release locking pin mechanism.

Allen Button Head BHCS
The Socket Button Head Screw design is primarily used where a lower profile head is required and for aesthetical reasons.
Allen Cap SHCS
Socket caps have a small cylindrical head with tall vertical sides. Allen (hex socket) drive is a six-sided recess [Internal Hex Socket] for use with an Allen wrench (hex key). This design is the workhorse of the machine building industry.
Allen CSK
Flat head screws are used for flush mounting of sections, usually where one part slides over another or one part is mounted on another. Flat head screws, like button heads and low heads, are limited by configuration in their tensile strength capability.
Allen Grub Screw
A set screw is a threaded fastener that normally does not have a head. Unlike most other threaded fasteners it is basically a compression device normally used to generate axial thrust. It is also known as grub screw.

6-Lobe or Tx Drive
The Torx compatible drive is a reliable method of fixing screws. This drive can take more torque and does not slip.
The hexalobular socket screw drive, known as Torx or 6-Lobe or star drive, uses a star-shaped recess in the fastener with six rounded points.
Torx SHCS
This is an improvement on the popular Hex Socket Head Cap Screw.
Instead of an Allen drive, the Hexalobular drive or Torx eliminates the few shortcomings of the allen drive.
Pan Torx
The Pan head style permits better holding.
The torx drive can take more torque and does not slip.
CSK Torx
Countersunk Screws are used where a flush finish is required.
The 6-Lobe drive can take more torque and does not slip.

A weld nut is a special type of nut specifically designed to be welded to another object.

The square weld nut has four sides and a projection at each corner to facilitate welding.
Hex Weld Nuts
A weld nut is a special type of nut specifically designed to be welded to another object.
There are various types for different applications.
Hex weld nuts are a six-sided, internally threaded fastener with three triangular weldable projections on the top surface of every other corner of the fastener.
Rivet Nut
Rivet nuts are useful for fixing components on thin sheets by providing a strong thread.
They are also known as blind nuts, blind rivet nuts, or threaded inserts.
Cap Nut
These type of nuts are primarily used in architectural applications and to close off the stud/bolt ends.
They also help preventing foreign matter contamination bolt threads.
Eye Nut
Eye Nuts come with a looped head and have been developed to be used with a rope or hook.
This makes them special hook nuts for lifting objects.
Dome Nut
Also called Acorn Nuts.
These type of nuts are primarily used in architectural applications and to close off the stud/bolt ends.
Keps Nut
Keps nut, (also called a k-lock nut or washer nut), is a nut with an attached, free-spinning washer.
It is used to make assembly more convenient.
Long Nuts
Also called Coupling Nuts.
A long nut used to connect pieces of threaded rod or other male threaded fasteners. is widely used for high-end industrial purpose and automobile industry.
Hex Nuts
A hex nut is used with a screw or hex head bolt to fasten two or more wood or metal parts.

Half Lock Nuts
Half Lock nuts Are also known as half-thickness nut or a split nut.
These are used as a locknut or jam nut.
Metal Lock Nuts
All Metal lock nuts work on the principle of a slight deformation in the nut.
Locking is achieved by deformation of the last thread.
Nylock Nuts
A nyloc nut is also referred to as a nylon-insert lock nut, polymer-insert lock nut, or elastic stop nut.
It is a kind of locknut with a nylon collar insert that resists turning.
Pal Nuts
Palnuts are commonly referred to as counter nuts, stamped sheet metal check-nuts or self locking counter nuts.
They are made to DIN 7967.
Pal nuts are used for axial locking.
Cage Nuts
Cage Nuts consist of a nut in a spring steel cage which wraps around the nut.
The cage has two wings that when compressed allow the cage to be inserted into the square holes, for example, in the mounting rails of equipment racks.
Clinch Nut
Can easily perform tapping on thin plates.

Can be mounted without worrying about the direction.
Can also easily perform tapping at locations that are difficult to weld such as on aluminum plates.
Wood Tee Nut
The T Nut is used to fasten a wooden workpiece leaving a flush surface.
They have prongs that insert claws into wood when tightened.
After a T-nut is installed, a common bolt is used to join corresponding parts together.
Flange Nuts
Serrated flange nut or Flange lock nut has a flange shape above the hexagonal body surface which increases its bearing surface allowing them to be used with irregular oversized holes.
The flange offers protection for the bolted component where the driving tool may otherwise scratch it’s surface. The flange also lessens the need to use a washer.
Flanged Nylock Nut
Flange Nyloc (nylon insert) Nuts are torque prevailing nuts which use plastic/nylon inserts that are located towards the top of the nut – which reduce its inner diameter – therefore deforming the insert over the mating thread and capturing the bolt or screw and providing a locking feature.

This is known by different names such as Carriage Bolts, Coach bolts/ Round Head Square neck bolt, Mushroom Head Square neck bolt etc. Useful for fastening wood and metal together.
It is distinguished from other bolts by its shallow mushroom head followed by a square neck, while the shank cross section of the bolt is circular. This gives the bolt its self locking feature. The square neck grips into the part being fixed preventing the head from turning when the nut is tightened.

Weld Studs or Bolts

Lifting Eye bolts – DIN 580 / DIN 444
This is a bolt with a loop at one end. They are used to firmly attach a securing eye to a structure, so that ropes or cables may then be tied to it. The eye bolt must be of fully screwed in to achieve a perfect contact between the two mating faces. Both threads must be of a equal length and the base material of equal strength to that of the bolt.

HSFG Structural Bolts
HSFG bolts are also commonly used in structures that will be exposed to a lot of vibrations, or loadings that will reverse.
Since the bolts are preloaded the tension in the bolt doesn’t vary as much as in a standard bolt, so they don’t fatigue as quickly.
