SPRING PINS
Spiral and Slotted Pins
A spring pin is a mechanical fastener that secures the position of two or more parts of a machine relative to each other. Spring pins have a body diameter which is larger than the hole diameter, and a chamfer on either one or both ends to facilitate starting the pin into the hole. The spring action of the pin allows it to compress as it assumes the diameter of the hole. The force exerted by the pin against the hole wall retains it in the hole, therefore a spring pin is considered a self retaining fastener.

The main purpose of toothed lock washers is to permit the flow of electric current between components coated by varnish, anti-corrosive agents or similar materials.

Machine Screws
For almost any product application, we have a size for you. Starting from M1.0, up to M10, in a number of head options and material grades. Our micro screws in M1.0, M1.2, M1.4 and M1.6 and the normal size range from M2 onwards with head styles in PAN, CSK, Dome head etc and drives like slotted, Phillips, Combi and Torx. Materials include Steel, SS-304, SS-316, Duplex and Titanium.
Machine screws that are slotted have the traditional slot that runs horizontally through the middle of the head and is intended for use with a flat blade screwdriver bit.

.The PAN head is Similar to the Cheese Head Screw, but with a larger head diameter and a slightly different head profile with a thinner head.

Slotted Truss head [Mushroom head]
A wide headed, lower profile screw with a traditional slot drive. Used for bolting softer materials. This unusual fastener is always manufactured with a full thread.
CROSS RECESSED MACHINE SCREWS.
The Phillips screw drive (specified as an ANSI Type I Cross Recess and type H in ISO documentation is among the most popular drive style for screws.

The pan head is cylindrical head with a slightly rounded top surface and a flat bearing surface underneath. This head style is ideal for most applications where a protruding head is acceptable.

Captive screws basically are specially designed to lock into position in a hole, enabling easy setting up and removing of the attached pieces even without the complete removal of the screw.

Allen Button Head BHCS
The Socket Button Head Screw design is primarily used where a lower profile head is required and for aesthetical reasons.
Allen Cap SHCS
Socket caps have a small cylindrical head with tall vertical sides. Allen (hex socket) drive is a six-sided recess [Internal Hex Socket] for use with an Allen wrench (hex key). This design is the workhorse of the machine building industry.
Allen CSK
Flat head screws are used for flush mounting of sections, usually where one part slides over another or one part is mounted on another. Flat head screws, like button heads and low heads, are limited by configuration in their tensile strength capability.
Allen Grub Screw
A set screw is a threaded fastener that normally does not have a head. Unlike most other threaded fasteners it is basically a compression device normally used to generate axial thrust. It is also known as grub screw.

Flanged Button Head
Low profile head facilitates space saving and safety

These are designed to be used in special applications where head height clearance is a problem.
6-Lobe or Tx Drive
The Torx compatible drive is a reliable method of fixing screws. This drive can take more torque and does not slip.
The hexalobular socket screw drive, known as Torx or 6-Lobe or star drive, uses a star-shaped recess in the fastener with six rounded points.
TORX SHCS
This is an improvement on the popular Hex Socket Head Cap Screw. Instead of an Allen drive, the Hexalobular drive or Torx eliminates the few shortcomings of the allen drive.
Low Profile Wafer Head Screws.
With the miniaturisation of a large number of products, this has become an invaluable addition to the range of screws.
With a flattened fastening face, this supports layers of parts.

Ultra-thin head screw that are 77% thinner than conventional pan head which makes possible flat external surface and contributes low-profile design and weight saving.

The Pan head style permits better holding.

This is a type of fastener designed to be tightened and loosened by hand.
Wing screws have a wing-like projection from the head of the screw, ideal for thumb and forefinger leverage in turning.

Countersunk Screws are used where a flush finish is required.

Metal Nuts
A number of internal thread connections are available. Options from the normal Hex Nuts a number of options can be considered.
Hex Nuts, Nylock, Metal Lock Nuts and Half Nuts, Flange and Wing Nuts, Weld and Rivet Nuts, Dome and Cage nuts etc.

A wingnut, wing nut or butterfly nut is a type of nut with two large metal “wings”, one on each side, so it can be easily tightened and loosened by hand without tools.

A square nut is a four-sided nut.
Compared to standard hex nuts, square nuts have a greater surface in contact with the part being fastened, and therefore provide greater resistance to loosening.

Square Weld Nut
A weld nut is a special type of nut specifically designed to be welded to another object. There are various types for different applications. The square weld nut has four sides and a projection at each corner to facilitate welding.

A weld nut is a special type of nut specifically designed to be welded to another object. There are various types for different applications. Hex weld nuts are a six-sided, internally threaded fastener with three triangular weldable projections on the top surface of every other corner of the fastener.

Rivet Nut

Cap Nut
These type of nuts are primarily used in architectural applications and to close off the stud/bolt ends.
They also help preventing foreign matter contamination bolt threads.

Also called Acorn Nuts. These type of nuts are primarily used in architectural applications and to close off the stud/bolt ends.

Keps nut, (also called a k-lock nut or washer nut), is a nut with an attached, free-spinning washer.
It is used to make assembly more convenient.

A long nut used to connect pieces of threaded rod or other male threaded fasteners. is widely used for high-end industrial purpose and automobile industry.

A hex nut is used with a screw or hex head bolt to fasten two or more wood or metal parts.
Standards: DIN 934, ISO 4032

Are also known as half-thickness nut or a split nut; these are used as a locknut or jam nut.

All Metal lock nuts work on the principle of a slight deformation in the nut. Locking is achieved by deformation of the last thread.

A nyloc nut, also referred to as a nylon-insert lock nut, polymer-insert lock nut, or elastic stop nut, is a kind of locknut with a nylon collar insert that resists turning.
Palnuts are made to DIN 7967 and most commonly referred to as counter nuts, stamped sheet metal check-nuts or self locking counter nuts. Used for axial locking.

This consists of a nut in a spring steel cage which wraps around the nut. The cage has two wings that when compressed allow the cage to be inserted into the square holes, for example, in the mounting rails of equipment racks.
